Our Policies

Due to COVID-19, we’ve adopted temporary policy changes for sign-ups and cancellations. Please adhere to these policies for the time being.

Updated Sign-Up and Cancellation Policies:

  • Students must preregister for class at least 30 minutes in advance; no walk-ins allowed. Students are limited to one in-studio class per day; online classes remain unlimited. In-studio class size is limited to eight students, no exceptions. New students are welcome and encouraged to practice with SoulShine online or outdoors; in order to practice in-studio, new students must take at least one (1) online or outdoor class prior to registering for an in-studio class.
  • All class cancellations made within five hours of the class start time, late arrivals, and no-shows will still be charged for the class. The door will lock at the start of class. We are not able to accommodate any late arrivals at this time due to the extra requirements for the check-in process.


Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees!

  • If you have an Unlimited Membership, you will be charged $10
  • If you have a Class Pass, a class will be removed from your pass
  • late cancellation is any cancellation made within 5 hours of the scheduled start time of class
  • no show is if you do not show up for class, or if you show up late for class and the doors are locked

Privacy Policy

Rest assured your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to share with us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support. We will never share your personal or financial information with any outside parties.

Maximum Capacity Policy

Due to current restrictions with COVID-19, in-studio classes are limited to 8 students. Once this number of people is registered for each class, registration will be closed. Registering online is required to reserve a spot in class.

Lost Item Policy

SoulShine Power Yoga will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances, so we recommend you refrain from bringing valuables into the studio. We do, however, provide a ‘Lost and Found’ box for items students may leave behind, like yoga mats or water bottles. ‘Lost and Found’ items will either be donated or disposed of every 30 days.

Gift Cards Refund Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. Sorry, no exceptions.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Prepaid classes, private instruction, appointments and class passes are non-refundable, but they are transferable and shareable. If you do not show up for class, are late, or cancel within 5 hours, you will still be charged. Classes and class passes are subject to limits of time – always check the expiration date! 

Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy

Memberships are not shareable and are not transferable. Pre-paid memberships cannot be frozen or canceled. A Sustaining Membership ($99/mo) can be frozen for up to 30 days once per calendar year, and may be canceled after 6 months of use – both of those options require 30 days written notice. If a cancellation of a Sustaining Membership is made within 6 months of the initiation date, the cancellation will be subject to a $50 charge.

Studio Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that we need to cancel a class, appointment or other event such as a workshop, all those students who’ve registered and/or prepaid will be credited accordingly.

Retail Refund Policy

Products can be returned for a studio credit only (no refunds) within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, unworn/unused in its original packaging
