Power Vinyasa Flow
A moderate to fast paced, dynamic Yoga practice connecting movement and breath. This class may offer challenging variations of traditional postures (always optional!). The word “power” really just refers to the heat – 95 degrees! Gentle Vinyasa Flow
A slower paced practice with longer holds in poses! Take your time through transitions and give yourself time to really settle into the posture! Modifications will be offered to support a more gentle approach to movements; this class is appropriate for all levels and beginners are welcome! Lightly heated to 85.
A slow paced class with the support of props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, and straps. This practice is wonderful for those looking to slow down, relieve stress and calm excessive mind chatte. Fully supported by props, we allow our mind to let go of tension, which releases negative thought patterns and stiffness in the body. Come nourish yourself with this deep restorative practice. A total body, low impact workout using Pilates principles and a specific type of high intensity interval training called TABATA. Get ready to feel the burn in your muscles from head to toe and improve your strength and endurance! Heated to 95.

A quiet, introspective practice with long and deep holds in postures to target the connective tissue nourishing joints, ligaments and fascia. Use mindfulness techniques such as focused breathwork and meditation to support staying in the pose to promote the healthy flow of prana (life force). The Yin practice is a wonderful compliment to Vinyasa! Lightly heated to 85.
Yoga for Beginners
This class is great for anyone new to Yoga or hoping to deepen their understanding of the practice and the postures. More explanation of alignment will be given in each pose and the practice will move at a slower pace to support the process of learning and understanding more fully! Lightly heated to 85.
