PRIVACY POLICY:
Rest assured your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you choose to share with us will only be used to help us provide you with the highest quality services, products, and support. We will never share your personal or financial information with any outside parties.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY POLICY:
SoulShine Power Yoga is lucky to have a large studio space in which classes are held. However, there is a limit to how many bodies can comfortably fit in the studio per class, depending on the type and pace of each practice. In most cases, the maximum capacity is 40. Once this number of people is registered for each class, registration will be closed. Registering online is recommended to reserve a spot in class, but we cannot guarantee your spot if you arrive after class has started or if you do not arrive early and it has been filled with walk-ins.

LATECOMER POLICY:
Although it is not preferable as it disrupts the flow of class, students can show up a maximum of 10 minutes late to any class and will need the desk attendant to let them into the locked studio. 10 minutes after class has started no latecomers will be admitted. Sorry, no exceptions.

LOST ITEMS POLICY:
SoulShine Power Yoga will not be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances, so we recommend you refrain from bringing valuables into the studio. We do, however, provide a ‘Lost and Found’ box for items students may leave behind, like yoga mats or water bottles. “Lost and Found’ items will either be donated or disposed of quarterly.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
Cancellations will occur from time to time in an effort to keep everyone safe during inclement weather. When weather advisories or warnings are in effect, please check our website to find out about any cancellations of classes, appointments, events or studio closures. Rest assured we will do our best to remain open to keep you sweating – as long as it’s safe!

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Classes and Class Passes Cancellation and Refund Policy
Prepaid classes and absences from prepaid classes are generally non-refundable. If you provide notice of anticipated absence 2 or more hours before a class, your account will be credited accordingly. If you provide notice less than 2 hours before the class or do not show up at all, you will still be charged for the class or have a class deducted from your pass as if you attended.

Class passes are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-sharable, and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Always check your expiration date.

Private Instruction / Appointment Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private session / appointment with less than a 24 hour notice. If you are late for a private class, the class will end at the original time. If  you are more than 15 minutes late for a private class it is at the instructor’s discretion whether to hold an abbreviated class or not.

***If you experience an emergency or an otherwise unavoidable circumstance that prohibits you from giving ample notice of absence from a class or appointment, please contact us at the studio as soon as possible to discuss an appropriate resolution.***

Membership Cancellation and Refund Policy

Membership’s automatic payments are non-refundable after having been processed unless a mistake on our part took place. Memberships are non-sharable and non-transferable to other persons. They are subject to limits of time. Always check your membership status.

Studio Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that we need to cancel a class, appointment or other event such a workshop, all those students who’ve registered and/or prepaid will be credited accordingly.

Gift Cards Refund Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable. Sorry, no exceptions.

Retail Refund Policy

Retail purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of defective merchandise. All returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days for studio credit only.
